Cerebras has filed almost nothing yet. What it has filed is loud.
Four months of public life, two quarterly reports, and a listing prospectus that names OpenAI and AWS. The young file reads fast growth, research spending above revenue, and disclosed material weaknesses, side by side.
The file so far
Cerebras listed on May 14, 2026. Its public record is a listing prospectus and two quarterly reports. That is thin by the calendar, not by evasion: a first full annual report is due by March 31, 2027.
What the prospectus claims, and what it discloses
The prospectus opens with the claim in one line: “We are building the fastest AI infrastructure in the world.” It says OpenAI selected the company as its fast inference solution, and that Amazon Web Services signed a binding term sheet to deploy Cerebras in its own data centers. The same document discloses material weaknesses in internal control over financial reporting, and its risk summary leads with customer concentration. All of that is one filing, and the desk reads it whole.
The numbers since
From its quarterly reports: revenue for the June 2026 quarter was $180.1 million against $103.3 million a year earlier, up about 74 percent, and first-half research spending ran above first-half revenue. Its insider file shows 268 sales and no purchases since listing. Each of these sits on the company page with its basis printed.
