What CrossAssetData is, and is not

Every stock is a company. We grade the company behind the stock, from what it files. This page says what that makes us, what we owe you, and what we keep.

A research publication, not an adviser

CrossAssetData is a company research publication of general circulation. It is not an investment adviser, a broker or a dealer, and it does not give personalized investment advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and nothing here is written for your situation, because we do not know it.

Where the numbers come from

The grades, the readings, the trend, the balance-sheet figures and the filing record are computed by software from public filings on the SEC's EDGAR system, by a method that is published on the site. The filing behind every figure is linked so it can be checked. Some values are provisional, marked as such, while the method is still being validated. Where the filings are silent, the site prints unseen; nothing is estimated in the gaps.

Share estimations

The CrossAssetData estimate on a company file is the desk's opinion of what a share of the business is worth, the median of several methods computed on the filed record, each method printed beside its figure, registered once a quarter and updated as time goes on. It is not a prediction of where the market price will go, not a price target and not advice. The site does not compare it with the market price, and the range shown is the spread of the methods, not a bound on what the price can do. The estimates are graded later by what the company files; that record is the desk's own research and is not published.

Where a company file shows what institutions have said, each row is an analyst action as reported by the named source it links to, gathered by the desk from public reporting. CrossAssetData repeats those reports and endorses none of them; the ratings and targets are the institutions' own words, not ours, and may have changed since the report.

The desk's answers

Answers from the desk are generated by a language model over the site's own file and, where the answer says so, over web pages it cites. They can be wrong. Every factual sentence carries its source so you can check it, uncited claims are cut before you see them, and the desk refuses questions that ask what you should buy. Questions and answers are logged; see the privacy notice.

The desk's stories and studies

The stories and studies on the News page are researched and written by an AI model, the desk, from the public sources listed at the end of each one: the companies' own filings and releases, the regulators and recognized press. Before a piece is published, software checks it against the site's rules: a paragraph that rests on no listed source is cut, a piece that gives advice is dropped, and a price or a move appears only as reporting from a named source. A piece can still be wrong, so every source is linked for you to check. Pictures are open-licensed and credited to their authors.

Prices

The site prints no market prices and does not comment on price levels or timing. The chart on a company file and on the Compare page is TradingView's widget, shown under TradingView's terms with its attribution; the prices in it are theirs, delayed, and we take no number from it.

Compensation and positions

No company pays CrossAssetData for coverage, and no company reviews what is written about it. The operator of CrossAssetData may hold and trade positions in securities mentioned on this site.

Forward statements

Where the site says something about the future, it says it as a registered call: the claim, a confidence, and the public filing that will grade it. Calls are never rewritten after the fact. The site publishes no accountability statistics until the record has earned them.

Errors

Filings are read by software and software makes mistakes. If a figure looks wrong, the linked filing is the truth of it; write to desk@crossassetdata.com and it will be checked.

Terms of use

Last updated 2026-09-09.

1. Agreement

By using crossassetdata.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Research, not advice

The site is a research publication. It does not give investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any security. Any decision you make is yours, made on your own judgment or with an adviser who knows your situation. Do not rely on the site as the sole basis for any decision.

3. No warranty

The site and everything on it are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, current or free of errors, or that the site will be available without interruption. Filings can be amended, methods change, and software reads imperfectly.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CrossAssetData and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything in it, including trading losses, lost profits, and indirect or consequential damages.

5. What is ours and what is public

The grades, readings, estimates, written copy and design of the site belong to CrossAssetData. The filings the site reads are public records of the SEC and belong to no one. TradingView's chart belongs to TradingView and is used under its terms. You may quote the site with attribution and a link. You may not copy the site's data files in bulk for redistribution, sell what the site publishes, or present its work as your own.

6. The desk

The desk answers a number of questions a day free of charge, per visitor, and may offer paid allowances. Do not query the desk by automated means, attempt to extract its instructions, or use it to generate content for resale. We may limit or refuse service to protect the site or its other users.

7. Pricing

Prices shown on the site are drafts until checkout is live; until then nothing is for sale and no payment is taken. When paid allowances go on sale, the price shown at the time of purchase is the price, and tokens bought are not refundable once used.

8. Changes

We may change the site, its method and these terms at any time. The date at the top of each section says when it last changed; continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which CrossAssetData's operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
